More Than Just Wi-Fi…
Plymouth is well-known globally as a destination that really stands out for both business and leisure travellers. For leisure guests this is largely thanks to the award winning University and plethora of rich arts, cultural and heritage offerings.
For business, Plymouth is a city full of amazing enterprises and inspiring business leaders, and as a Social Enterprise City it really does make a mark in the ever-changing and innovative world of business.
The New Continental Hotel caters handsomely for both leisure and business guests visiting Britain’s Ocean City, but this year sees a big development in what they can now offer all guests with a new super fast speed, enterprise grade WiFi on a dedicated leased line of 30MB. Business guests required strong and stable internet connection to be able to check emails, access work files from the cloud, and join web-based video conferences and now this is a facility on offer to all guests.
The New Continental Hotel now boast enterprise grade WiFi, covering all bedrooms, conference facilities, break-out spaces, Steve’s Brasserie, Club Continental and both the Roma and Regency bars.
Elinor Eaton, Development Manager of the New Continental Group says: “We believe in the power of connections; between people, ideas and places. WiFi which is free, speedy and reliable is essential for our guests and delegates to stay connected with friends, family members and work colleagues. Our guests’ experiences during their time in Plymouth really matters to us, so we always strive to listen hard to their needs, to change what we can when we can and to continually invest in our offer within a city we are proud to call home.”
“The spirit of collaboration and innovation is central to how we work at the New Continental Group, we know that to realise our ambition for our sector, not just for 2020 but before, during and after, we must lead in cross-sector collaboration by working with supporters, stakeholders and partners who share our passion and determination. We’re focused on re-imagining the entire travel experience to make it smarter, easier and more enjoyable for guests and this is just the start of great big developments within the New Continental Hotel for 2018.”
