Credit or Debit Card is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is required upon arrival at the hotel.
Any extras are to be authorised by the same card, unless instructed differently.
The hotel will take a pre-authorisation of £50 per room for additional charges which you may incur during your stay with us. This is only taken if you wish to charge items to your room account.
Payment can still be made on a pay as you go basis therefore no pre-authorisation would be required. A ‘pre-authorisation’ is not a charge. The guests’ issuing bank/credit card company holds the pre-authorised amount temporarily from the available balance of the card holder’s account for the hotel to use. Pre-authorisation is a common process followed by many hotels in the UK at check-in. All balances will be returned and showing on your account within five working days. The way it works is that a pre-authorisation request is made by the hotel’s card terminal to the card holders’ bank, your bank/credit card company authorises the funds and sends an authorisation code to the hotel. This confirms the availability of the requested funds in the card holder’s account to cover charges in the hotel (if any). On departure if no chargers have been accrued the pre-authorisation is automatically released back to your card. If charges have occurred then the accrued amount will be taken from the pre-authorised £50 and the balance will be released back to the card.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public spaces in the Hotel. There is a designated smoking in an outdoor area. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for costs incurred by smoking.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged accordingly.
We understand that accidents happen and ask that you inform us immediately if there has been any damage caused to any of our belongings, furniture or fixtures.
For damage that we feel was caused with intent we may terminate your booking.
We may either (at our sole discretion) request the immediate repayment of our reasonable costs during your stay, charge the payment card details provided at the time of booking or instruct a third party to contact you after your stay to recover the reasonable costs for any repair, replacement or specialist cleaning we incur if you damage our hotel or property. If you request it we will send a breakdown of these costs to the address used for the booking.

We require all invoices to be paid within 30 days.
Rooms can be occupied from 15.00hrs on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11.00hrs on the date of your departure.
We have hotel parking on site, which is subject to availability and for which there is a £3 fee per day. Sadly we are unable to reserve or guarantee parking spaces.
Cancellations must be made by 12.00hrs on the day of your arrival. Failure to adhere to this will mean you incur full charges.
