From 10 to 350 guests, our award winning and beautiful event spaces are able to accommodate a huge variety of social occasions and business meetings. With a choice of four flexible meeting and conference rooms, they are perfect for hosting seminars, conferences, training days, workshops, community events and much more.

The arrangement of our function suites on the ground floor means they are perfect for large events that require breakout or workshop spaces. All with air-conditioning, private bars and dance floors. Event food can also be served form any one of the hotel kitchens, or within our brasserie. Our skilled Head Chef has years of experience as well as the support of a dedicated and seasoned team, who prepare expertly crafted, freshly prepared, good food and creatively presented menus for your event.

BALLROOM

Our Ballroom is the largest function space within the hotel, with the ability to welcome up to 350 guests. Our Ballroom is acknowledged as one of Plymouth’s largest city centre venue spaces and is used for product launches, conventions, and a wide range of other amazing events. Its scale and adaptability are a winning combination, providing a spectacular, pillarless venue divisible into separate areas. Guaranteed to impress any guest, complete with two stages, dazzling chandeliers, private bar and dance floor, private toilets and complimentary Enterprise Grade WiFi provided throughout the hotel. This truly experiential space has everything from character, charm and technology.

ATHENA ROOM

With it’s unique shape, the Athena Room can host cocktails or welcome receptions for up to 150 guests. With a central column that nicely divides the space, it also works well for small seminars where a breakout or drinks area is required. For private functions the space works beautiful with its private bar and area for dancing and a DJ. Our Events team is available to assist with table layouts and specific requests and any other creative services you may need.

GREEN ROOM

REGENCY

A quaint event space, FREE to use for community gatherings when drinks or food are purchased from the Roma Bar. ideal for small film screenings, small meet and greats, community gatherings and informal meetings. The venue features natural daylight, custom-furnished interior, a small stage area and large TV screen on the wall.
