We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our busy team. The main purpose of this position is to welcome our guests and endeavour to answer all queries. To sell hotel services and facilities, receive and account for payments. The successful applicant will be flexible with the working hours as weekends and bank holidays are included in the normal working week, the shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm and you will be required to be able to cover both of these shifts during the working week. What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role you should be able to maintain the following attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:

-Be reliable, honest and respectful at all times.
-28 days holidays including bank holidays
-Contributory Pension Scheme
-Meals on duty
-Free use of the entire Leisure Complex.
Experience in a similar environment and working with Guestline PMS would be an advantage although full training will be given. The knowledge of a second language would also be advantageous but not essential.
