Wedding Package 2013

To make the planning, organising and budgeting of your Wedding Reception easy, we have created two simple Drink Packages. Simply chose one of the following Packages, then add the cost of the package to your chosen menu to work out the cost per person for your Day Reception.

Please note that the Drinks Package is based on a minimum number of 40 adults:

Continental Drinks Package £14.50 per person

A Glass of Sangria, Bucks Fizz or Orange Juice on Arrival (or after Civil Ceremony)
A 175 ml Glass of Red or White Wine with the Meal
A Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast

Deluxe Drinks Package £21.00 per person

A Glass of Sangria, Bucks Fizz or Orange Juice after arrival (or after Civil Ceremony)
Two 175 ml Glasses of Red or White Wine with the Meal
A Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast

Included in all the above Drinks Packages are the following:

Red Carpet on Arrival
Use of Hotel's Cake stand and Knife
A colour co-ordinated posy of fresh flowers OR three balloons on each table
Duty Manager to act as Toastmaster and host your Reception and guide you through the day
A seating plan prepared for your Wedding Reception with seating arrangements discussed with you prior to the day.
Typed place cards
Four Poster Bedroom and Full English Breakfast
Special accommodation rates for guests wishing to stay overnight inclusive of Full English Breakfast and use of the facilities in our indoor Leisure Complex.
