Payments

Individual Bookings
Credit or Debit Card is required to confirm reservation.
Pre-authorisation of card is taken on arrival at the hotel.
Full payment is expected on departure.

Corporate/Group Bookings
We expect strict payment within 30 days.

Conditions
Rooms can be occupied from 14.00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00hrs on the date of departure.
Onsite car parking is available at the hotel for a £2 fee per day.  We are unable to reserve any parking spaces.
 
Cancellations
Any cancellation must be made by 12.00hrs on the day of arrival. Failure to adhere to this, will incur full charges.
